At Gaia Retreat Center, we love to support and collaborate with local businesses that educate our guests through a various range of holistic healing experiences. One of which is Nadis Herbal co-founded by Balinese herbalists Ibu Lilir and her husband Pak Westi who have been working with healing plants all their lives.

 

 


As part of our 7 day and 10 day detox retreat program, our guests get to enjoy a 3hr hands-on workshop at their cosy shop and learn how to prepare the traditional antioxidant rich Jamu juice and detoxifying Boreh Body Scrub, body oil and lotion using fragrant herbs and local spices from their organic garden. It keeps traditional products alive, skin happy and reignites our guests’ creative energy while connecting them to this impressive facet of Balinese culture. And it also leaves you walking away smelling divine!
